The Serpent's Fall
A grieving mother and father. A forgotten symbol. A deadly truth buried beneath ten years of silence.
Owen Able lost everything the day his son was murdered. While the world moved on, he couldn’t. Now, ten years later, he's channeled his pain into purpose—founding the Able Foundation to solve cold cases involving missing or murdered children.
But when a mysterious two-headed dragon emblem resurfaces—the same one found at his son's crime scene—Owen is thrust back into a world of conspiracies, betrayals, and buried secrets. With his wife Nicole by his side and a loyal team behind him, Owen follows the trail across South Africa, Japan, and beyond, uncovering connections to the Yakuza and covert technology projects no one was meant to see.
Haunted by guilt and driven by a promise no parent should ever have to make, Owen risks everything to expose the truth—even if it means facing enemies who kill without mercy.
From heart-pounding aerial dogfights to blade-drenched backroom showdowns, Owen Able and the Two-Headed Dragon is a cinematic techno-thriller where justice isn’t handed down—it’s taken by force.
Fans of Jack Reacher, Jason Bourne, and Shōgun will devour this international thriller packed with suspense, espionage, and emotional grit.

Great Book!
If you like fast-paced books in which action, violence, and unsolved crimes intertwine, this novel is for you. Zeeman has told the story of Owen and Nicole in a way that keeps you glued to the page. He has described the events very well, especially the action-packed scenes, which make you wonder what will happen next. The characters are interesting, and if Owen's exploits are the most spectacular, Nicole is equally perfect for a book like this (I think especially about how she discovered the new lead).
I rate this book 4 out of 5 stars only because of the typos, but it is an exciting and gripping read, and I am sure anyone who loves adventures and crimes to solve will enjoy it. I highly recommend this novel to these readers.
Absolutely Enjoyed this book
From the very start of reading the book, I enjoyed it. The read is easy and confortable, the chapters is just long enough to keep you wanting to jump right into the next chapter. Excellent & witty humor, exhilarating action and definitely evoking all kinds of emotions. I was drawn into the story cause the main characters in the book was portrayed really well and it was like I know the characters, like I am part of their lives. Can't wait to see future titles of the author.
I can tell that there was a lot of research that gone into this book with accurate and vivid descriptions of certain locations that I am familiar with - this made the scene descriptions very relatable.
I am not a fan of science fiction, as I am a realist, but I am certainly a fan of advanced technology and this is what I really enjoyed about the book - several cutting edge technologies are described in this book, which I know is not science fiction but very advanced technologies that either exist already or are currently still in development.
James Bond, Yakuza and special forces action in the mix and a story filled with twists, love and betrayal. What is there not to love?
I really enjoyed the read and I am looking forward to future books by the author.
